Children and families locally and globally are suffering, some families are even experiencing extreme poverty. So Truth Global Missions has launched the “Help Make A Child Smile Foundation”. This initiative will address the concerns of poverty, health, and educational development of children. Truth Global Missions aims to build an orphanage and house, educate and develop children in high poverty areas. So today we are looking to partner with individuals and organizations to “Help Make A Child Smile” again.

We want to say a huge thanks to Apostle Michelle Kelly from Truth outreach international ministries for thinking about our unfortunate children and orphans in the countryside, thank to her donations to us we were able to feed and give toys to more than 276 children in the countryside including the orphans/and also some adult too.
Feeding 276 children and giving each one of them toys wouldn't be easy for us it was not the help of the apostle and pastor Kelly Michelle from Tampa Florida, we love you very much and we are praying for you everyday, the first time I have met the connection with prophet Rosie Delisca I knew it was not by coincidence, I knew that God wanted to do something. We are very glad to see how God is going to use you to bless many people in Haiti.
